Yes. Depending on your experience, we can tailor the photo overlay, welcome screen, gallery presentation and backdrop selection to complement your wedding, celebration or brand identity.
The Social Experience is digital only. Signature, Iconic and Luxe include unlimited print sessions with a choice of 2×6 strips or 4×6 prints, while the Luxe Experience also includes duplicate prints for its luxury guestbook.
Yes. Every Cygnet experience includes a professional attendant who welcomes guests, keeps the booth flowing and manages the experience throughout your service time.
A 10×10-foot space is typically required for the booth, backdrop and comfortable guest flow. We also need a nearby reliable power outlet. Share your venue details with us and we’ll confirm the final setup needs and whether connectivity is required.
Outdoor setups may be possible with a secure covered area, a flat surface, reliable power and protection from wind or rain. We recommend arranging an indoor backup location with your venue.
Yes. Cygnet is based in Montego Bay and serves events across Jamaica. A travel fee may apply when the event is outside our standard service area, and it will always be clearly included in your tailored quote.
Your gallery is protected by a unique event code and password. Guests can view and download individual photographs until the displayed expiration date, and images remain private unless you approve public sharing.
We recommend booking at least one month in advance. Last-minute bookings can still be accommodated subject to availability and an additional rush fee.
